He acquired M.Sc in Biochemistry from PG centre Davanagere, Kuvempu University & after working as a lecturer in Biochemistry at St. Aloysius College, Mangalore.
In his Ph.D program, he worked on isolation & characterization of trypsin enzyme from fish & its bactericidal effect.
Worked as JRF a&nd SRF in the MoES project & awarded a Ph.D from NITTE deemed to be University.
He has also been an external examiner & BOS & BOE member for other universities & colleges during this tenure.
A people-oriented professional offering nearly 10 years of rich experience in teaching Biochemistry, Nutrition, molecular biology & Biotechnology subjects to post-graduate & under-graduate students with focus on engaging & motivating students to learn & excel.
Provided guidance to post graduate students & scholars in performing enzyme & protein purification, fish protein hydrolysates cytotoxic studies & anti-cancer studies
